  • Do not skip meals. The body needs proper amount of  salts, sugar and nutrients, so keep a track of  your diet and make sure to feed your body with all the necessary nutrition.
  • During a sudden drop of blood pressure or dizziness, drink a glass of water with some salt and sugar added in it. This in one of the most effective remedies for quick recovery from low blood pressure (occasional).
  • Avoid sudden change of positions. Most of us feel dizziness after a sudden change in the positions i.e. standing up after sitting for long hours, getting up at once from sleep.
