1. Tea

It is recommended that the first time your symptoms of cough and cold are conspicuous you should increase your intake of fluid since then. Fluids helps to treat thin mucous, flush toxins and hydrate membranes.

11. Coconut oil

Add 1/8 tablespoon pf peppermint extract to 2 tablespoon of raw coconut oil. Rinse it well and add 1 tablespoon of raw honey or  10 drops of stevia. Take a preachment paper and spread it thereon. Let it freeze for 15 minutes and eat it as a yummy peppermint bark dessert.
