7. Sleep on the left

Keep yourself hydrated at all points of time during pregnancy. And, do not go on a complete fiber diet. These events will lead to constipation and the same condition will trigger varicose veins. So, do not forget to drink water at regular intervals and keeping the hydration levels up to the mark.
9. Deep Breathing

10. Reduce Sodium
If you are a sodium fan, then that’s a bad news. You might have to reduce the intake of sodium in the form of salt. Sodium will dilate of the veins, thus increasing the blood flow.
