On two brown breads, apply peanut butter. Slice banana with a butter knife, that lacks sharpness and bananas are soft fruits which can be sliced easily. Place them on the bread and sprinkle some chocolate chips, chocolate shavings or m&ms. Filling, healthy and easy snack ready!

Combine peanut butter, honey, vanilla extract, ground oats and milk in a sticky consistency. Hand roll the mixture to form small rounds. You can coat it with anything you like- nuts, chocolate. These can also be frozen and consumed over a long time.

  • Quesadillas with cheese and veggies

Use ready made tortillas. Spread salsa, veggies, and cheese over them and bake for 3 mins on each side till golden brown. This is super easy to make with few ingredients, and kids will happily consume veggies hidden in sauce and cheese.

Put a banana on a stick and dip it in some yogurt. Now dip them in colourful cereal and melted chocolate and put it into the freezer for 4-5 hours. Healthy dessert ready!

Rest assured, this will be a popular hit among your kids. Ask them to take a mug and add 3 tbsp flour, 2 tbsp sugar, 1 ½ tbsp cocoa powder, 1/4th tbsp baking powder, 2 tbsp milk and an egg. Mix it up very well until you see no lumps and a consistent mixture. Microwave this for 2 minutes and you have a beautiful mug cake.

Coat a banana in some nutella and some rice crispies. Cut in into pieces on a plate and drizzle some chocolate sauce. Snack ready!
