Milk and pepper
This is a good remedy as these two ingredients are always found at home. Milk helps tackle your deficiency of iron, while at the same time improving the hemoglobin level in the body. Just add 6-7 pepper balls to about 200 ml of milk and boil it nicely before drinking.
Known to contain high levels of iron and folate, this is a very useful remedy as the molasses also contain Vitamin B. Since blackstrap molasses contain all these essential components, they are seen as an effective remedy to treat anemia. Mix together 2 tsp of the molasses with apple cider vinegar. Add water to this mixture, stir and drink at least once a day.
There are many ways in which you can include this item into your diet in order to get rid of anemia. Before making a paste of the seeds, they need to be soaked in water for 2 hours. Then crush them, add honey to the paste, mix it and have it twice a day.

Black Sesame Seeds

After 2 hours, grind it into a paste and strain the paste to get its emulsion. Add milk and honey to give it taste and drink it daily.
Juice of Beetroot and Apple
While apple is known to be a rich source of iron, beetroot is known to contain high amounts of folic acid, potassium and fiber. The most nutrient part is found right under its skin, thus the best way to consume beets is by heating the entire thing in the microwave or roasting it with its peel on and taking off the peel only after it is cooked. Though the two juices can be had separately, they work better when had together. So mix 1 cup of apple juice with beet juice. Add a tsp of honey to it and have it twice a day.
Raisins are not only known for providing sodium and protein but also for containing potassium, fiber, calcium and iron. All you need to do is leave around 10-15 raisins to soak overnight. In the morning, add some honey and eat it. Since honey is also a good source of iron, it adds to the treatment of anemia while providing you with additional nutrients at the same time. Dates, prunes and nuts are just as effective as raisins in treating anemia.
The iron that we get from animal products is absorbed better by our body than that which we get from plant based foods. Animal organs like the liver and kidney contain higher nutrients than the other parts.
