Ingredients:
- 1 apple, peeled and chopped
- 1 riped pear, peeled and chopped
- Pinch of ground cinnamon (optional)
- 2 cups filtered water
Method:
Step 1: Add water and pinch of cinnamon to the chopped apple and pear

- 75g ready to eat dried apricots, chopped

Method:

Step 3: Mash the mixture or blend it until smooth.

- 1 Peach, peeled and chopped
- 110gm riped strawberries, removed stem and leaves, and chopped
- 2 cups filtered water
Method:
Step 1: Add water to the chopped apple
Step2: Pressure cook till it is completely cooked and soft (approximately 6-8minutes)
Step 3: Add the strawberries and peaches and cook for 2 minutes
Step 4: Mash the mixture or blend it until smooth.
Step 5: Serve this on its own or mix it with some baby rice or mashed banana.
Precaution: Strawberries are acidic and potential allergen which may lead to rashes or reactions in babies that are not food-sensitive. So please consult your Pediatrician before going ahead.
