Homemade Mango Lollies for Baby
Did you know that mangoes apart from being delicious are great for the eyes and help in digestion? Try this simple, quick and flavourful mango lollies recipe to keep your family hydrated this summer!
Age – Toddlers
Preparation Time – 2 minutes
Cooking Time – 3-5 minutes
Ingredients
2 fresh rip mangoes
2 tbsp cream or thick fresh yoghurt
Sugar is optional
Method
Step 1: 2 fresh rip mangoes peeled and seed removed
Step 3: Cut the flesh into small cubes
Step 2: Add all ingredients in a blender and make a smooth puree.
Step 3: Pour the puree in ice lolly moulds
Step 4: Let them freeze for 3- 4 hours and serve
These refreshing icy-mango lollies are great to keep your toddler hydrated and energetic during hot summer days.
Precaution: Ice-creams, packaged deserts and cold heavy deserts should not be introduced before the age of one as they can cause constipation in infants.
