Salt water rinse
This solution will help to hydrate the skin and will also help in the healing process. You have to mix half a teaspoon of salt ion 8 ounces of water and apply it using a cloth on the lips after breastfeeding. Make sure you prepare a fresh solution every day so as to reduce the chances of bacterial contamination.
Turmeric
The anti-inflammatory, antibacterial and antiseptic properties of turmeric is an effective remedy to treat mouth ulcers. You can make a paste of honey and turmeric and apply it on the affected area. This will not only speed up the healing process but will also help to reduce the pain.
Tea tree oil

Oil
